A communications strategy lays out services and responsibilities of communications specialists to other parts of the company. It may help frame budgets and evaluation metrics. It possibly has implications for technology infrastructure and personnel support.
While WCP helps clients work with agencies, designers and other communications services suppliers, WCP does not typically provide tactical market communications services ourselves.
